Reporting Requirements
All return or refund claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may be declined unless extraordinary circumstances prevented timely notification. Each claim must include:
Original order number and invoice reference
Complete SKU details and batch identification from product labels
Clear photographic evidence of the specific issue
Written description of the problem and its impact on usability

Evaluation & Resolution Options
Upon receipt of a properly documented claim, our team investigates within 48 to 72 hours. Resolution options include:
Replacement Shipment — for proven manufacturing defects or transit damage attributable to our logistics
Partial Credit / Invoice Adjustment — for minor discrepancies that do not significantly affect commercial viability
Full Refund — for batches that are genuinely unusable for their intended purpose

Return Logistics
All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking charges. FurnitureWorld.in bears return logistics costs when the fault is on our side. If issues result from buyer mishandling post-delivery, return freight costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days of claim approval and verified return receipt. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as credit notes applicable to future purchases, accompanied by complete reconciliation documentation.
